    Life coaching is a form of therapy that has the goal of improving your life in a holistic manner. This includes your physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing, performance at work, and health of your relationships. We help you through this by providing you guidance that empowers your mind and positions you for success. A variety of techniques can be used to help you with this. Including Hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy®, and more. When taking a private session, you’ll be receiving a unique treatment tailored to your needs.

  • #3. What can I expect from the first session?

    For your first private coaching session, getting to know each other and understanding your problems is the first step. By better understanding your condition, we can work together to create a roadmap for your sessions and discover the modalities that will best suit you. Depending on the problem you have come to us for, you may experience results after just one session. But if it’s a more serious problem, it may take several sessions before you see noticeable results. Note: You will also be provided with regular tasking to continue your improvement in your own time.

    After you complete your private coaching and breakthrough sessions in their entirety, you can expect to see results that last a lifetime. Because you’re approaching your problems from both a conscious and a subconscious level, your newly changed self isn’t limited by your conscious willpower. You’ll have transformed at a subconscious level that’ll carry on throughout your life. However, to make sure you maintain a healthy wellbeing, you need to continue performing the exercises you have learnt.
